This gives you communication options for help and support. We are very happy to help you solve any problems that arise.
Various channels are used for this.
1. Workshops: These take place every Monday starting at 8:00 p.m. held in German. Participation is via the internet. The workshops deal with questions that I have previously received, present news and deal with questions that are entered in the chat during the workshop. You can also get involved via microphone and video during the workshop. Each workshop takes about 30 minutes.

If you are unable to attend, you will be informed of the recording, which will be available for a few days. The notification takes place only with prior registration. Questions can still be asked while I am watching the recording, and I would be happy to answer them.
2. Forum: Problems can be clarified, questions can be answered and answered and suggestions for improvement can be made via the forum. You can reach the forum via https://ullrich-mtc.de/Forum. Registration is also recommended here.
3. Support by ticket: On my homepage there is support access in the menu. In https://ullrich-mtc.de/support/ you can enter your support request. I or my employees usually react promptly.
